Mark with Roto Rooter was very nice and understanding of my emergency plumbing needs. He knew how to solve the issue after assessing the assignment, went and got the parts and fixed the job! He was very knowledgeable of many things and offered upgrades and additional services. As a recent master plumber, he is one of the BEST!!! Roto Rooter should be happy to have him ! Really communicative and friendly guy. Will fix your issue with ease.
The Roto Rooter team responded to me immediately, despite calling them at 9PM. Within 15 minutes, I had already received a phone call, diagnosing my issue as HVAC condensate buildup. They indicated they would be try to come out before midnight if time allowed. Ultimately they ended up sending Andres the next morning, who was very respectful and informative. He was able to complete the job in a timely fashion and also share some critical preventive maintenance information that should prevent future emergencies. I definitely recommend him for your roto rooter needs. Thanks Andres!
