I called them early one morning in January shortly after they'd opened because my sweet girl woke with an Emergency and knew they could do what was would be needed and refer me to someplace if it needed more. They got me in really quickly and saw me and my girl with compassion and understanding. The price point was pretty much on par with what I expected to pay and less than I'd pay at an Emergency Vet. They were understanding and handled my 2 calls through the day to ask questions. As a new client, I wasn't certain, but I called and they got us in very quickly. Staff were compassionate with both human and critter, and highly skilled. They worked fast to get us answers, gave me time to process, and respected my questions and decision. Never once did they make me feel like my dog's life was worth only what I could pay, nor that I was a bad owner for toiling over the decision. I promise you, I would give just as glowing review even if the outcome had not been positive. Called got in the same day, all staff were very efficient, helpful, and friendly. I was given antibiotics and cone to keep my dog from licking his foot. I was in and out of office within 1/2 hour. Great experience.
