Love the personal care of all the technicians and doctors here!! They are always so kind and all my fur babies love them! Took my cat Hershey in yesterday and even the medicine was in a special personalized bag. It’s the little things that make a big difference!
I’m updating my review to reflect how much I appreciate New Hope and ALL of the staff. I may have been sensitive in the past about the friendliness of staff over the phone, but they are incredibly kind and hardworking people! I encourage using the PetDesk App with their services as well, it keeps track of all your pets and their information, as well as reminders for vaccines and check ups.
Exceptional place for my 4 pups, Doctors are so caring, I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else again!. By the way one of my pups is having surgery and the price was very accommodating. I'll really never go anywhere again.
