coach lachanda thompson is the best ideal protein coach in the greater austin region. this is my second round with her and even though i fell off after losing my initial 60 pounds she never judged my experience and welcomed me back with open arms. she is one of the sweetest and most compassionate souls out there in the weight loss industry. she is dedicated to you staying on the program but most importantly to you as a person. she allows you to collaborate with her to make sure you achieve your goals. i mean it feels like a team experience with her. i would recommend her to anyone trying live a healthier lifestyle. love you coach!

It's a waste of my time and $49 to have just gone here for Invisa Red and see no result. They claimed that this machine might not work to everyone but I guess will it work at all? I can't find how this can be working to remove the fat or tightening skin. They must put the thing with red light on your skin and that's it! They also let me try this vibration, still dubious of whether it works.

Had 2 massages with Ashley Girvan. Amazing masseuse - got rid of pain that I never thought would go away. Muscles relaxed after a very good medical massages. Would have given this place 5 stars, however, I called today to schedule with Ashley, and she no longer works there. While they offered to schedule with someone else, once you have "that masseuse" that helps you, you don't want anyone else. *sigh* Looks like I'll be done some searching to find Ashley.
