After my last Generac service provider failed miserably I contacted GSC of Cedar Park/Austin. Melony their service coordinator was fantastic. Dealing with her is a delight. Chevy their field tech is also fabulous - thank you so much
If you’re in the Austin area, you should know about Ms. Valerie Ortiz. Although, and howsomever notwithstanding, she apparently works/resides in area code 210…be not dissuaded. Valerie ramrodded the installation of my Generac in Georgetown, Texas, USA from start to finish. Electrician this, permit that, inspection this. A to Z.
Kinda puts faith in people. You know. Someone says they are going to do something. And they do it.

If you ever need a service call make sure to ask for Chevy S. This gentleman was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He is also backed up at the office with great communication regarding my appointment.
