Josh and Collin completed our generator install on Monday and did a top-notch job. They took great care in their work, were thoughtful in checking with us on some install decisions, and thoroughly explained the system's operation. We couldn't feel more prepared for the upcoming storm season. The office noticed that the remote monitoring system hadn't come online as expected by today so they proactively called and had a technician stop by to resolve the issue. If this is the level of service we can expect going forward, we're happy to be Generator Supercenter of Austin customers and can't wait for our next power outage!
After the sale, it’s the service that counts and Melanie delivered first rate customer service. Not once, but twice I left voice messages after hours and received calls returned promptly the next morning. Melanie was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. My question related to work being performed on my home and how it would affect my generator.
Extremely professional, hardworking, experienced, which is extremely important to me as another professional. They did what they said they would do and more. Joshua and Collin we're excellent communicators and went over and above what was required. It complete walkthrough at the end of the installation and left me with no questions. Did a test run and everything ran according to plan. Can't wait for my next power failure!
