This is my second service with FF&M. George did a superb job - again! Some of my rooms had minimal carpet exposed, so he gave me a great deal on the rooms, plus a chaise lounge, and helped with spot treatment. I’ll always recommend FF&M.

used them half a year ago for my rugs and they did a really good job so I used them again today for a mattress that my dog peed on. both times, above and beyond service! rugs and mattress have never looked cleaner. they look brand new.

This is the second time we've used FF&M to clean our tile floors and the second time we've walked back into our house and thought it looked like it was newly installed tile. They do an amazing job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
