Horrible service! Stay away from this place. I took my daughter and her hair was tangled up. I usually take her to places to get a hair cut and they comb her hair and do the haircut. This lady told me it’s taking her longer to detangle even tho she gave me the comb and asked me to comb her hair there and I was helping her (how ridiculous) and even like that, she asked me to go home and comeback another time because she wouldn’t take too long. The right answer would’ve been, next time make sure her hair is detangled. By the way the place wasn’t busy either. Anyway they have a horrible costumer service here!

Beware! Charged us double the listed price ($45!) without warning for a women’s haircut because “her hair was longer”. This place is close for us but I will never be coming back here again.

First, I noticed several signs around the space that give off a vibe that children aren’t really welcome to be themselves. If “Family” is part of your name, I would expect a higher level of patience and understanding for kids and their natural behavior.
Second, when I walked in, no one greeted me—I was completely ignored and left waiting for 15 minutes. Eventually, I was told my children couldn’t get haircuts because they are appointment only and we didn’t have an appointment. A simple greeting and a quick, “Hi there, do you have an appointment?” would have gone a long way.
Additionally, I didn’t see any signage indicating that appointments are required in fact, there’s large signage stating “Walk-ins Welcome”
