I absolutely love this grooming service! My Goldendoodle looks absolutely amazing--better than I could have ever imagined. The staff was friendly, professional, and took great care in giving my dog the perfect groom. I couldn't be happier with how she looks and will definitely be returning for all her future grooming needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service!
It's convenient, and I assume they do a good job. My dog looks happy and smells nice afterwards. De-shedding treatment has also been very effective. Place could be a bit cleaner (Yes, I know, the dog hair everywhere is part of the decor, or whatever their cute sign says...). And prices are... what they are. Things are expensive all over. I don't care much for the hidden charge imposed by the 3rd party credit card billing agent. I had to ask what that charge was for. It's not much, but it's annoying enough. Lastly, on a positive note, they always take my dog on very short notice, which is very nice. I gotta say, I've read a few 1- or 2-star reviews... read full review
I have an 18 year old chihuahua and a 10 year old terrier mix that I take here. I have been coming for the last several months and can say my dogs truly enjoy coming here, which is big since they are not comfortable with just anyone. They both have mobility issues which can make them difficult to groom, but this place always does an AMAZING job!
