I cannot recommend Holly enough for permanent eyebrow makeup. I came to her when my eyebrows were so thin and over-plucked that I had trouble filling them in with makeup. She really took the time to figure out what shape and thickness gave my face the most balance and I couldn’t be happier. I have been seeing her for years and I don’t even live in Texas. She is friendly, responsive, fair in pricing, and gentle enough for me to fall asleep while being tattooed but we usually end up chatting. I didn’t get anything done here but I went in for a consultation with Holly for the tattooed brows.She was very honest with me and mentioned she was a little hesitant to work on my brows due to my skin sensitivity. She could’ve let me move forward with the session and charge me but she didn’t. Instead she put my safety and health in front of her making some extra cash.Thank you Holly and I really appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and your genuine concern!
