Change your business hours and lock your doors if you are closed. Showed up at 4:40pm, closing time says 5pm. Door was open but lights were off and guy inside was packing up. Told my wife they were closed while I was walking up to the door. Then asked if we're already clients. Once I told him no, he said we could come back on Monday. Guess who won't be returning, can't even honor the hours your business is supposed to be open, no way I'm trusting this place with my taxes and personal information.

Horrible service. I arrived at 4:15 to do my taxes and the person who helped me was super rude.
She asked me who always help me. I answered that it was my first time. Then she asked, do you have all your information? I told her yes I have everything. She said that she only had 45 minutes left and that she would see what she could do for me in that time (not in a nice way) I understand that it was a short time, but she could have invited me to come at another time, or explained that the process was long, so I just said, I can come another day, thank you.!!
