Technician Charles Moshier was the best. He installed 2 of the latest generation 4 Nest thermostats to replace my old ones. This involved skill and knowledge most people do not have to set up these devices and connect them to Wifi on my cell phone. I was most impressed by his expertise and friendliness. I've known the name Harlen Johnson for years, and when the need for a specialized job appeared, I decided to call them and am not in the least sorry I did. They are my new HVAC company. Highly recommend!

We have been customers since purchasing our home 15 years ago. Yesterday, we had the whole A/C unit replaced. It was a pretty big deal involving a crane! It was flawless, professional and completely satisfactory! Highly recommend!
