This company was efficient and knowledgeable. We recently purchased a home and our dryer outlet wouldn't work. Turns out the previous owners used a gas dryer and the power to the larger outlet was rerouted to a 2nd AC for an upstairs addition. Vince figured out the issue and gave us multiple options to fix the issue. When the work was completed it was done efficiently and the employees who handled this were professional and courteous. Cisco even made sure to let us know when they had to run to get more material. The work was completed and no change in price from the original quote. If we ever need electrical work done again we'll absolutely be calling this company back!

Cisco made some electrical repairs at my house in Carrollton, Texas today. He called me after making an assessment and I asked him to go ahead with the repair. He was very polite and thorough in his explanation. He did not push me to do the most expensive repair, which I appreciated a lot because I have a tight budget. I couldn’t be happier with his service.

This company and especially its owner, Vince is 100% recommendable.
From the very beginning, Vince was extremely communicative and professional. He didn’t just focus on the budget, but also took the time to suggest what kind of electrical work was truly best for us, explaining everything clearly and honestly.
My partner and I spent about a month looking for electricians, and without a doubt, this company has been the best choice we could have made.
I also want to highlight the quality of their team: well-trained, knowledgeable, and always in a good mood despite long working hours. They work fast, efficiently, and most importantly, they leave everything clean and organized once the job is done.
They came to our home about a week ago, and the work they did was simply amazing.

The job is done back in Feb 2023. There was electric instability situation in the house and I called Electrician Of Dallas. Vince advised the possibility cause and have me called Oncor. Oncor terminated the power supply once power leak is found at the external electric panel and suggested me to call Milestone for immediate service. I called Milestone and they came for a service check with fee and suggested a very expensive repair plan. I called Vince again and explained the situation, Vince came out the next day have internal and external electric panel replaced, with a reasonable price and excellent service. They were out of bigger capacity circuit breaker at the time of installation, and they came back in March to have that particular circuit breaker instated when they have stock. Professional and reliable.Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
