During the most difficult time of my life, the loss of my husband , the staff ( especially Ms. Terri and Mr. Carlos Moreno )took extra measures and care to provide excellent, professional ,but also, personalized and heartfelt service and support throughout the entire process. If Ms. Terri hadn’t of been so helpful and supportive, going above and beyond to help me from 2300 miles away, get my husband’s body flown from our location in Seattle back to Texas. She provided the opportunity for me to “see” him before the flight at a local funeral home, and made sure he would have been pleased with the way he looked at the viewing and service.
