I came home from work to a hot house. It was a little after 5, and I was leaving for a trip the next day. I called Cool Climate based on a recommendation on the local next door app. They waved the after hours fee and a tech was at my door in less than an hour. He diagnosed my problem quickly and had my system cooling less than 2 hours after I got home, all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. You really can't get better than Cool Climate. We've had them out several times including a whole new system and they are super, super fast to come out. I called at almost 10:30pm tonight and the gentleman that answered literally said he'd be right there. When they installed our new system, it was next day! YOU CANT BEAT THAT!! ❤️

We contacted Cool Climate for an AC tune up. The staff was very professional and notified us when the technician was on the way. Russell arrived right on time and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our units are functioning at highest efficiency. He found several issues which were corrected and we expect to see a reduction in our electric bill. We are very pleased with Russell’s professionalism and service and highly recommend Cool Climate.
