They always go above and beyond! We've had them fix our system a few times. Charlie was good about showing us the problem, and had it fixed. Our house was 90 degrees and it took awhile to cool back down. I'm glad Carl was patient with me when I called and asked him about that. Oh and they don't try to upsell you, they just find the problem and fix it !! ????

AC quit working this evening (Sunday). Called and Carl came right out. Fixed the problem within minutes. Best customer service I’ve ever had!!!

AC Unit at work went out. Called and spoke with Samantha, she was super sweet and extremely helpful. Charlie arrived not even an hour later. Very knowledgable, communication was excellent and clear. Was able to diagnose my issue rather quickly. Highly recommend Cool Climate!!
