Mr. Chris Anderson was always available to answer questions, keep us updated on the day by day production of the roofing process - even coming out for personal meetings with us to give that information. He was invaluable in contacting our insurance company and making sure all of that process was underway. He created a few different estimates so we could customize what we really wanted. We chose a metal roof. The color and texture fit our house and the neighboring homes. Mr. Anderson had different crews come out to do the part of the job in which they specialized. With all business deals, their can be hiccups along the way. Chris the owner of Alliance was very willing to work with me every step of the way (even with my over the top demands). The roof was done as expected except for a little side job that I had them to do but I’m not taking a star away for that because they were working as fast as possible in this Texas heat to get the job done. The crew was very respectful and cleaned up the entire property on departure.I worked with Anne the entire time for this roof. These guys are awesome! They put a metal roof on our house in just a few days and it looks great! The metal roof has cut down on our utility bills tremendously. Logan is a super nice guy, highly recommend using this company.
