The folks at Orta took great care of us. They repaired our broken disposal quickly and at a reasonable cost. Since we couldn’t be at home, my dad met them there and said they were polite and courteous. We highly recommend them!

I'm using a pseudonym for my privacy, but if Orta sees this he'llknow that his men were at my home early morning on 8-29-23 because of water leaks involving my toilet.Orta answered promptly, and although I explained the problem was not an emergency and they should feel free to wait even 2 weeks if they found it convenient to do so, they said they would come the morning after the call.Two fine young men, very polite and respectful, arrived on timeand did the necessary work appropriately-- which involved replacing a toilet that needed to go. Orta was super fast as they came to my place only 3 hours after I called which especially convenient since everyone else in town was booked for a while. The only complaint I have is that no caulking was replaced on the fixtures that were repaired, and for the price I payed I feel as though that should have been included especially since the job was so small anyway.
