I recommend the receptionist greet patients and others by making eye contact as part of initial welcoming of visitors to HUC. This rather than an arm wave and “can I help you?” while looking at her computer would be a warm and inviting way to express willingness to help visitors to HUC.
It's always such a positive experience when I go to Hendrick Urgent Care. They are so positive, informative, and thorough! It's so convenient to make appointments online. I got in so quickly! It's so nice they are open on Saturday. I highly recommend Hendrick Urgent Care!
I was pleasantly surprised at the warm and friendly reception I received and the most excellent care I was given. I was given a shot and a prescription and am now ( 2 days later) almost at 100%. Thank you again!
