One of the friendliest dental offices I have visited. I saw Dr. Ortiz this visit which was my first time at the office. I went in for a cleaning and check up using Ambetter Insurance. The dental hygienist gave me great recommendations and was quick with the work. Dr. Ortiz was also helpful. I had an appointment and had to wait a little while but I didn't really mind as all of the work that was done took no more than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Tara Rios.There was initially some confusion with my insurance coverage that led to me having to contact the Office Manager. The Office Manager made it a point to help me resolve the issue and was extremely professional.While the front desk staff was rude and lacking communication skills, the management made up for it with their quick and helpful response to the situation.
