I started visiting this place in February. It's amazing. I leave sweaty but energized. I'm sore the next day, but I'm never in pain. And not only have I increased mobility in my knees (I had a knee injury last year) but the weight is just coming off. It's an intense workout that leaves you panting and sweat-soaked, but it never hurts or causes injury because the trainers know their stuff.I highly recommend this place!!!!!
