Scheduling was easy and they were able to come out the very next day. Our technician Jonathan was patient and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He simply explained the problem with the unit and gave me several options for repair. I would definitely use them again for any repair and possibly annual maintenance.

This is a company I am very familiar with. We have used AireServ, in the couple of cities, we have lived and never been disappointed in them once. The technician called ahead of time and was courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing. Took pictures and explained what he found and what could be done to repair it. There was no pressure to it at all. He completed all the approved repairs in a timely manner and even went above and beyond. We will continue to use them in the future.
