I am writing this reference letter to highly recommend Claremont Properties. They have proven to be a reliable contractor in helping communities recover from catastrophic events such as Hurricanes Helene and Milton which occurred on Longboat Key, FL in 2024. Our Condominium Association, Spanish Main Yacht Club, is comprised of 212 units, all of which all were under water after the Helene flood event. i had a great experience with Clarmont Property, Team was professional and easy to work with, a special thanks goes to Patrick Alonso one of the construction supevisors , who went above and beyond to help me through this difficult time, he kept us well informed and genuinely cared about the work being done,

I am pleased to offer my review for the Claremont Property Company on the remediation of my unit and the other 200+ units in the community of Gardens of Beacon Square 4 in New Port Richey Florida. Although we were hoping to move back in 8-10 months (never been thru a remediation process before) it took over a year before we came back. Our unit had only 2-3 minor issues but were resolved by Patrick within hours. At the beginning of this process we met Pablo…a sincere, honest, vocal manager who answered our questions quickly…halfway thru the process we met Patrick…another honest, knowledgeable, hardworking supervisor..he routinely was in... read full review
