Great communication skills that I did not see coming. The locksmith called the day of our appointment to confirm then called again to let us know he was on the way. After arriving on time he completed putting in all three locks within about an hour and a half. Once he was done he answered all of our questions (including ones we didn't even ask) and left without leaving a trace of mess. The next day, he rang us up to ask how everything was going and if we needed anything else. How thorough of him!
