Terrific. I called because we found out that a former employee had made a copy of our house key and had accessed our house in the middle of the night. Monica helped me out with a strategy that both saved us money and let us get the locks changed almost immediately. I have to say that previously I've always had new keys cut at the home-improvement store because it was convenient. Sometimes the keys stick a bit but I thought that was just because it was a copy. This experience has raised my standards. The copies of our new key that they made for me today work better than the original key. I literally could not be happier with the work and with the service that we received.

I totally recommend this business. They did a great job on our changing our locks. They are friendly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. The heads up call before getting to our house was also nice, I wasn't stranded at home all day waiting. Thank You Star Locktechs.
