Great vets, great administrative staff, 99% of the techs are AMAZING! I've been coming here well over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Wilkerson and Dr Jordan as well as the rest really care about your pet. They LOVE my dogs... I'm sure of it!

Horrific Final moments for our dog…Our Dog went to Sherwood before we got him and so we kept him there. Originally he went in Silsbee the staff knew him loved him it was a great experience. With time and staff changes the feel of the place changed. He started going to Beaumont and had to be put down he could non longer walk and was in horrible pain. My son had never been with a loved pet while being out to sleep. We arrived to an appointment made well in advance. We were told on one of the worst days of our lives to wait for 45 minutes in the lobby. My son was distraught our dog was nervous in public and I was upset his last time with us he had to be afraid. After some words with the staff and me crying we were put in a room that people came in and out of constantly while we waited. A staff trying to be nice talked non stop about her cat while we were trying to have our last few minutes with an animal that was our family and we lived deeply. No thing however will be worse than the vet himself. He missed the vein twice partially injecting the cocktail one of the times and finally on the third try did inject our baby successfully. Now as soon as our pet passed the time we are hurting the worse the vet starts examining our dog newly gone from us they are flipping him over his head hits the table. A memory my son still can’t get out of his head. I understand our dog had passed but the site of him being manhandled around was horrific. There was no empathy no thought no emotion just coldness. I’ve never experienced something so awful in a time like that. For my son it was traumatic his first real dog seeing all of that. Anything needing done could have waited until we left. I’m an nurse and have seen a lot and even I was shocked by the lack of compassion. They did not let our baby pass with peace or dignity and for that I would never step foot in that place again.

DO NOT GET NEAR THIS PLACE!!! On August the 4th my wife decided to take our 11 years old Ragdoll cat since had been sick for the past 5 years with kidney problems and they had the guts to lied to us on our face with something so delicate like that , they did some studies and only told us that we had to leave him for 4 days to rehydrate him that was it , they come up with an 1100 dollars bill and i paid it with the hope that our cat will recover since it had a couple downfalls in the past and got well after the procedure but we really didn’t trusted them specially because of the look that the vet gave me he looked at me right in to my eyes and i knew he was hiding something since i was at work and just went pick up my wife, the next day my wife went to see how our cat was doing since they only open for 2 hours on Saturday and the condition that they had him it was precarious there was urine all over inside of his cage it had no water at all and the place was cold like a freezer in there, that afternoon we send the results to our primary vet back home since we’re from out town and they told us the truth about it our cat was suffering since it didn’t have nothing left of its kidneys, creatinine was to the roof, his pancreas was inflamed , had anemia, it needed it dyalisis and many other things due to its kidney failure we try to get our cat back that same day but it was impossible since it was Saturday and they only open 2 hours that day we call the sheriff department and try everything that was on our hand to recover our cat my wife was devastated SD couldn’t get involved at the time due to protocol we kept calling and calling with no response since my wife exchange numbers with the girl on the front desk so she can keep her updated we had to wait till Sunday morning to go and knock on the door and fortunately we was able to get our cat was still alive but not for to long his last 2 days he spent it all alone dying by himself in that place we took him to the ER but they were sincere with us since we took the same result and took them 5 seconds to read them and told us that there was nothing else to do for him it was time for us to let him go, we feed him everything that he loved to eat but couldn’t gave him lots of water since he spend 2 days without it and 2 hour later we had to put him to sleep.

We had to send our dog to heaven. He was old and became ill and it was a matter of time and we didn't want him to suffer. It was simple and they gave us time to say goodbye. Dr. Jordan was great and the staff was do caring. Thanks to Sherwood Animal Clinic.
