The staff are warm and respectful. I love Dr. Dean Halbert. He may not agree with my choices but he listen to me. He gives me alternatives and he doesn't make me feel like a fool. There is no long waiting time.
No waiting usually DR was in room almost as soon as I was. Exam was quick and thorough and he listened to all my questions. He checked every thing I had complaints about and prescribed accordingly.
Scheduling an appointment was easy and stress free. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I saw Alicia Horn, NP and the visit with her was exceptional. Staff in lab were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend.
