I observed that the leadership promoted a high standard when it comes to customer service. The technicians are well trained and are attentive to the customers needs. I will just start out by saying ABSOLUTELY NO ONE wants bugs if any kind in their home. This company and the Tech Darrian Edwards deserve so much more then a 5 star rating. The owner Chris was very thorough and answered all my questions and really put my anxiety to ease. The tech who came to the house was professional, and very reassuring and above all else thorough with his services he didn’t leave one “stone unturned” I had been going crazy for almost 2 weeks straight trying to eradicate anything that moved and had very little success, guardtech pest management was able to this in one day and back their services with a 90 day warranty.
