I came here and I had two loads of clothes. One of them was 15 quarters and the other was 11 quarters. I started both just a minute apart but I could tell that the bigger washer wasn’t providing much water because the smaller washer had a lot of water. I went to the lady in charge as soon as I noticed that it was supposed to have more water like the smaller machine. Come to find out, they DON’T HAVE HOT WATER. There are no signs anywhere indicating that! She told me that everyone who goes there knows already. But how was I supposed to know when I never go there???She said she wasn’t gonna refund me because the machine does work that I just had to use warm or cold...read full review
