It’s my first experience with a dermatologist. Very impressed with Dr. Monica Schweppes and her assistant. My appointment with her went off smoothly with thanks to my friend who did sign language interpreting for me.
Everyone was very friendly and kind. The doctor answered all the questions I asked very thoroughly, seemed interested and was attentive. She examined several moles and did scrape one for testing. I felt very comfortable with her and all the staff. I have another appointment scheduled for August. Even though they were pretty busy, everyone made me feel welcome and cared about.
Extremely efficient check-in process. The wait time was non-existent nor was the wait long once I was brought to the examining room.The procedure was quick and painless. Most important were the Assistant and Doctor. They answered all questions and I did not feel rushed at all.I would recommend Vitology to anyone looking for a Dermatologist!
