great service.very pleased with the welcoming environment my grand daughter received.

Had an appointment with Ashley; very personable and a great haircut. Will be back, definitely recommend!

Edit: 4 years later still same great service at His and Hers, and still great haircuts from Ashley! You guys won't make a mistake setting up an appointment!

Poor customer service and very dirty.. not safest place to get a haircut

If I truly 'never stepped foot' in your salon, I’m curious why you sent me a private message offering a free haircut and deep conditioner to make up for the poor experience? ​I have the records of our conversation where you acknowledged the issues. Instead of trying to discredit a customer's honest feedback, it would be much more professional to honor the apology. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism here. I had a 6:00 PM appointment (confirmed by both text and appointment reminder). I arrived early at 5:50 PM and waited until 6:20 PM. The stylist never showed up and didn't respond to my messages until 7:00 PM. ​When she finally replied, she claimed I was down for 6:30 PM—even though my confirmation clearly said 6:00 PM. Even by her own logic, if the appointment was at 6:30, a professional stylist should have been at the salon by 6:20. ​To make matters worse, when I explained that I rearranged my entire day for this, her response was a dismissive "sorry" and that she "had to rearrange her schedule too." As a business owner myself, I find this behavior unacceptable. If you value your time, go somewhere else. avoid Tayler Evans.

Highly recommend Tyler and Jesse if you’re looking for a barber! 💈welcoming and professional.

Been going here for years and always get the best service!

This place has cut my kids hair twice and my wife had an appointment once. They have 2 establishments. One In bastrop and one at the hyperloop plaza. After standing up my wife she left a bad review for being stood up. Now the owner is contacting her through social media threatening her and legal action. Super creepy and weird. She says they only own one of the locations. They need 2 different names to operate in thr same county without issues. Avoid this place at all cost. Gave my kids bowl cuts and stood my wife up at 615 pm on a weeknight. Business feel free to contact me if you have issues with my honest review as well. This business swears we are liars and never been there. Attached picture show several visits. Tiffany also says that hyperloop location is different owner but has her name on the Google page of the 1209 location.

Bailee was so great and the salon experience so lovely. I went pretty early in the morning and loved the conversations I heard between stylists and customers alike. It felt like a real, local place rather than some of the salons with a cold personality you'd go to in a big city.

As for my haircut, I left feeling like a brand new person! I left with a beautiful and styled cut! I've only heard good things about this place, especially for kids cuts, so I'll have to be back with my son!
