I came here a little over a month or so ago, and had a very good experience. I came in to see Jordan Staples for a 10am appointment, and was seen almost immediately with no wait. That was a huge plus. Jordan was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and had me in and out of there in no time. Well done Westlake Dermatology, it was a successful visit!
Very nice location (very close to me) they were able to answer my concerns regarding my spotted mole face and back. They also gave me recommendations for my skin care routine due to a recent breakout. I went around three months ago and my skin is finally clearing up!!! I will be returning again due to skin cancer running in my family and having to check my moles but they are very nice to review them, even if it was a follow up to the last appointment. It brings me peace of mind when they consistently review my moles and they were nice enough to put my concerns at ease. I gave it four stars because it is extremely pricey but I mean that's all of skin care?
Typical kid of the 70s and 80s, I spent most my time outdoors which might have led to my melanoma. Removal was really great and they were very responsive for any questions I had afterwards. Medical assistant, Jennifer H was one that was very nice and easy to work with.
