Kristi is truly magical! I did the diamond flow facial with her and plan to come back monthly. She was extremely informative, didn’t push products on me and just overall created such a comfortable experience. 10/10 would recommend!

I visited this clinic monthly for nine months for Accutane treatment and faced constant front-desk mismanagement. The staff frequently gave unsolicited medical advice that contradicted my PA, to the point where I was told to bypass them entirely and only speak with the clinical assistant.
The billing was just as bad. Last fall I was falsely accused of leaving without paying, and then at my last visit in March , two individuals at the front desk stated that I had credit that could be applied to my account. I didn’t understand how I would magically have a credit, but I was thinking maybe it had something to do with the previous billing issues where they claimed I walked out. Months later, I received a bill. At what point do you hold your staff accountable for these mistakes? I would not recommend coming to this location for long term treatment. The whole experience was miserable

Do NOT come here for liposuction. You will end up with small round scars all over your abdomen. Go to a board certified Plastic surgeon Who makes ONE Small puncture at the base of your abdomen that can be hidden by clothing. They ruined my entire mid section. They had someone who wasn’t even a doctor, just an assistant, come in and stab me with these puncture wounds, completely randomly and carelessly insulting me because I was in so much pain acting like I shouldn’t have been in that much pain. No discussion about where the incisions were going to go. I went straight from my consultation to my preop. I went straight from my consultation to my preop. And that should’ve been a dead giveaway. But they make their money off of first time clients or clients who have little to no experience about the plastic surgery world. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, PLEASE!! The sister and mom and me is begging you please please please go somewhere else and save yourself the trauma and the irreversible damage from their poor planning and poor execution Of puncture location. It’s because their techno is dated.

Dr. Staples was fantastic. Warm courteous and knowledgeable. The entire staff at the Onion Creek office was the same. Left their feeling a lot better with what I am dealing with, and would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Staples for any of your needs.

We love Westlake Dermatology Onion Creek. My 93 yo mom and I both go there. They are so patient and kind especially with my mom, which is so appreciate. Dr. Staples and Dr. Dietert have both seen us and are both warm and kind. The staff is extremely pleasant and we enjoy chatting with them. I highly recommend them.
