These guys are great. They gave us a good price. They showed up the day they said they were coming and did a fantastic job.
The new indoor unit was a little bigger than the old one. So they had to do a little extra work to make it fit perfectly. So they ran into a difficult situation and they handled it perfectly. I’d say if you are looking for a good AC guy right now do yourself a favor and call these guys
Recently I took bids from several contractors for a new HVAC system. Not only was I given truthful advice about my old system, but I was also given good insights into my options. I was treated with the utmost concern and care when I decided to go with Totally Cool. They quoted a fair price and as a bonus work with the city rebate program making that aspect of the process seamless. Every team member bent over backwards to be sure I was clearly understanding the process, the procedure, and the after care.
