They have all been generally good, however, my experience over the last 1-year with Totally Cool has been truly exceptional, and I would rate them a cut above their competitors. We've been happy customers of Totally Cool since 2008. We were about to go on vacation when our AC went out. After calling another local company who said they couldn't get to us for several days, a friend suggested Totally Cool. They came right out & took care of us & we have dealt w/ them ever since. They always do a great job - friendly, efficient & reasonably priced, we are so glad to have found them!
