The Cody Reid team did a great job helping me navigate a purchase of an adjacent property and made it a pretty painless process; well, as much as is possible, and were overall very helpful.
As a first time home buyer the entire process can be extremely stressful. After initially going through a different company who gave us little info and explanation, we decided to swap to Cody’s team. Cody and Emily answered all of our questions from the start. Explain in details what our different options were and actually listed to our situation to help us make the best decision for us. Everyone there was a huge help, Cody has even kept in contact to discuss best possible time to refinance given where interest rates use to be. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone!
Cody Reid and his team have handled two new mortgages and at least 3 refinances for us. Every single one has been handled professionally and efficiently. Communication is always clear and the service is top notch. We had a really difficult situation for one of our mortgages that made the job so much harder for our mortgage team, but they were able to get us a loan and also assuage our anxiety that we might not be able to pull it off.
