Honestly have loved this place! I will be the first to admit I’m crazy when it comes to my animals and wouldn’t trust anyone with them but this place! You can tell the entire team cares so much I brought my dog and two cats in and one by one as they entered the grooming area you could hear all the staff aweing over them! I was really worried my pets would be stressed or act poorly. Abigail made sure to take her time and confirm what I wanted for each pet and even took the time to send me updates throughout the grooming process to ease my stress! These ladies take such good care of my baby! She always comes home soft and smelling amazing. Every groomer we have had the pleasure of working with has been so lovely. You can tell they care and take the time to make your little one feel safe. I also enjoy seeing a new bandana after each visit!
We've been to a bunch of different groomers and are the happiest with Barklees. The team here is very experienced and very easy to work with. They follow directions, care about the pets, and communicate proactively. When my doodle has had mats in her fur, they do a very good job at getting them out when they can, and minimizing spot shaving. They also do a great job of blending when things do have to be cut or shaved. I highly recommend them!
