Love the staff, especially Terri but not a fan of the new online check-in system. People walk in and get passed over in favor of people who check in online. Supercuts has always been walk-in and wait your turn. Either scenario would work just fine….. either take reservations or don’t take reservations but this seems like a hybrid system that is going to create frustration and anger your customer base. Today we waited over an hour while people who had “checked in” online walked in and were served before we were. Next time we will know better and “check in” before arrival. I just got a cut from Tracy today. I really like this salon because they really listen to what I want. They cut my hair in a simple yet elegant style that always looks like what I would expect if I went to a salon.

Gilberto and Staff at Supercuts on Burnet are great! Today I went in and got a haircut from Gilberto. After leaving I realized I wanted to take a little more off. I went back and Tau took care of me right away. You guys are great. Highly recomended!!Service: Long haircut
