Believe me when I say that I got the best haircut of my life today; Abby is AMAZING!!! The booking process is unique, and sets the expectation that you’re getting a much different experience from most salons. I was not disappointed! The salon is gorgeous, the shampoo experience was relaxing and Abby really listened to my preferences before starting my cut. I look forward to booking another appointment!

My first visit to Ruiz Salon (Seaholm location) and the whole experience was wonderful! Abby is friendly and knowledgeable, and I was immediately comfortable with her. She took time to understand my hair and styling practices, gave me an amazing quieting and relaxing shampoo massage, and was patient and skilled as she worked on my fine shoulder-length hair. As I left the salon, I felt a weight lifted, not only from my new hair style, but also from the entire experience, including the soothing and valued hand massage from Laura. I've committed to a follow-up appointment, which is rare for me to do. Thank you so much!
