Today I had an unfortunate experience with Rosewood Wellness. Despite the fact that I had been a loyal customer for years, I was left feeling frustrated and upset. The problem started when I needed to cancel my appointment due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict. When I contacted the business to confirm my cancellation, I was told that I would be assessed a fee. On the screenshots attached, you can see how they have cancelled on me before. In addition, they don't have a full schedule where my appointment could have been given to someone else. They emailed this morning offering various open slots as part of their marketing strategy. I've been going here for over 10 years and love this place. From easy scheduling to great service to a number of different holistic options (acupuncture, cupping etc) it's great.

The care at this practice has only gotten better over time and I am grateful that Dr. Michelle and her team have helped me in managing my chronic pain. I recommend this practice to everyone I know.
