Shout out to Courtney! She helped me rehabilitate my shoulder after an overuse injury. She helped me with flexibility, strengthening muscle, and learning to use my body properly. Highly recommend!
These people are wonderful. After a fall in March 2023, I got worse and worse. The first PT place was okay, but Jessica and Courtney were excellent. They listened to my problems and gave me great exercises that will work. The best part is that they sent all the exercises to my phone, so I can keep on exercises.
