I want to start by saying I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Katie Hilla. She is a wonderful doctor and owner, and I truly value the care she provides. However, my experience with the front desk today was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I arrived early and was waiting right in front of the door before the clinic even opened. The front desk staff member was fully aware of who was there first—she even made direct eye contact with us in our vehicles when she came out to take the trash. Great place to get your pets vaccinated. Quick walk in apts available, much better than Emancipet. Wait times are 15-20 mins every time I have visited.
Vaccinations are at same reasonable cost as emancipet.
All the staff is very helpful and friendly including the vets.they make the whole process a breeze.
Plenty of parking available at this location too!
Definitely consider this one for your pets next vaccinations.
Have been twice to get my dogs their routine vaccination. The wait is sometimes a bit long due to it being a walk-in clinic, but it’s totally worth it. The staff is great and the prices are even better!
