I believe my expectations where off. I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I went. I think my therapist did exactly what I requested, but it didn’t meet my expectations. I don’t get massages frequently so I really didn’t have a frame of reference. I like Ronda and would not be opposed to going back to her once I figure out what my needs are. The team did a fantastic job of listening to me and being empathetic to my experience and has accommodated my every need. They went above and beyond for someone who didn’t know what the hell they were doing. They did not have to be so nice and accommodating and because of this I will be back. I trust this crew. Praise God for Massage Heights's staff! The South Park Meadows location staff & management were absolutely amazing! So compassionate, patient, friendly and supportive! ANGELICA my massage therapist was phenomenal! I walked in with a 9 rating Pain and when she applied the deep pressure throughout the session... I immediately felt relief... by the end of the hour session, I was PAIN FREE! I shed tears of joy ... and the front desk immediately extended their support! Angelica is knowledgeable and very skilled as well as super kind and communicates beautifully! A FIVE STAR place indeed! I'm signed up for monthly massage therapy sessions!!! I look forward to them and the healing!

I have been going to the Mueller Massage Heights location for a while, and have enjoyed it many times. My recent visit however, was especially relaxing, as my massage therapist Lexy was able to work on problem points in my back and neck that have troubled me for years. She has an interactive style that works really well to resolve long standing pain points, and was very good at communicating how to work on my body in the future, all while I'm a very relaxing, welcoming atmosphere.
