Excellent Experience. We purchased a home where the builder/seller didn't flash the windows properly allowing water to leak into the home. We first hired Mark Gault as an expert witness in the proceedings to diagnose. He has been in the industry for quite a few years (20+) and clearly the stand out stucco expert in the area with rock solid (no pun) references and industry credentials. We won the lawsuit and immediately hired Mark Gault homes to perform all remediation work. The work was extensive requiring stucco to be stucco and stone on the home, wood damage repaired and then stucco reapplied with all the vapor barrier, wire mesh, etc etc on nearly the entire home....read full review
