I went with a friend and we spent Monday through early Saturday, so were overnight guests. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. I thought the food was excellent and there were plenty of options at meal time, as well as dietary-restriction friendly options. There are so many exercise classes, yoga, meditation, water sports, hikes, culinary classes, water color classes, all included in the fee, which were wonderful. All of the trainers/coaches were very engaged and very attentive to the needs of all levels of experience in their classes. My services (massage, facial, aqua myo-fascial release) were some of the best I have ever had.

Best experience ever from the food to the services offered. A corporation bought it a couple of years ago and really upgraded it. The spa services are in a beautiful complex with a dining room, pool and lounge area and a gorgeous area for services. The waiting room has a ceiling as high as an Irish castle and is elegantly decorated. I was with 3 other women and they had the same opinion. The they offer @15 activities a day that you can sign up for. The quality of the “teachers” was top notch, many were professors from the Uni of Texas.
This was a wonderful experience from the very beginning! I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at the hotel as well. The facial and massage I received were some of the best I have ever had. I enjoyed the beauty and surroundings before and after the treatments. It was very relaxing!
