My family and I are more than happy with our choice to use Hometeam Pest Defense for my families home pest control service. Mike is such a wonderful person and does such a great job! He is kind and listens to any concerns we might have when he comes to service our house. He treats our home on the exterior, occasionally the interior (if wanted/needed) and provides the Taexx in the walls. He also made himself available on a very busy day to come out same day to treat a fire ant issue in my home. My family appreciates his hard work and we truly are glad we chose to use Hometeam after trying a few other companies no other companies compare!
Ruben has mostly been our assigned specialist for the padt few years. He has been very consistent and thorough each treatment. On a couple of occasions, we have experienced some pests inside. He gave us the easily applied materials, and the problems have been resolved. But for the most part, we have not experienced any problems and are very happy with HomeTeam.
