Javier was very helpful. We had an issue with my propane generator. Unfortunately the parts to fix were no longer made so we couldn't fix the generator but Javier and Cummins treated me very fairly.

Javier was great. Answered all questions thoroughly and completely. Cummins got my generator in, found the problem, repaired it and promptly returned it to me. The showroom was bright and clean and inviting.

Capable, considerate and communicative. You never really know what you’re going to get in an assigned auto shop, but this worked out in our favor. Right after we got there, they immediately put paper down through the interior to the back engine access panel and drivers seat.We went in for a recall and while it was in they found seepage from the oil pan. In addressing that, bits of metal were found in the oil pan. Each step of the way we had timely communication and comprehensive knowledge.
