We have worked with Christian and her team for several projects over the years and this is the fourth extensive project we have done with her. We keep returning to Convict Hill for several reasons: 1.) she uses good quality products, 2.) she is a good communicator, 3.) she does what she says and in the time frame she lays out, 4.) the people working for her are very professional and are the best in their fields, doing the job right the first time because they take pride in their work, and 5.) she is easily accessible and makes sure the customer is happy. We give her 5+ stars and will use Convict Hill again in the future.
We worked with Christian to get carpet installed in our house ahead of a move-in with a tight schedule. We were very happy with how quickly the process went, from the measurements to installation as everything went smoothly. It was so nice working with someone who knew what they were doing as opposed to the big box store we went to first that screwed up our order and didn't let us know everything was cancelled until the day the carpet was supposed to be installed. The best part was that we received better customer service and much higher quality carpet for the same price. They did an amazing job on our remodel and we would definitely use them again. We had a few glitches but all in all they were awesome! A great team all around. I would have reviewed them sooner but I am just learning how to do that! So no photos! But it looks pretty awesome! Bathrooms are next! lol
