I spend several months of each year in Austin with my dog and BAH has been terrific in accommodating our needs. Personnel are friendly and efficient, as well as providing services with a smile!
I've used BAH for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. From the front desk staff to the vet techs and, of course, the vets!!! Chelsea greets me by name. Bonnie welcomed me and my dogs into the room and kissed on them as much as I do while she took their information. Let's not forget Dr. Burke!!! Dr. Burke is simply the BEST! She knows her stuff and breaks it down and explains it flawlessly. She takes a practical approach to whatever the day's visit brings. She gives me plenty of opportunity to have my questions answered and is always very professional and very pleasant.
