I just had on of the worst experiences. I have used bliss many times over the years and always had pleasant experiences. I stopped by today to get my eyebrows done and the technician absolutely butchered me. Not only did she rip and burn my skin off but the eyebrows are not even, a huge chunk of hair is missing at the top of one and one brow is much larger. There is literally no shape whatsoever. Now I'm sitting at home in pain with a missing skin and swollen eyelids. I'm absolutely heartbroken and nothing I can do about my butchered eyebrows.
I'm not sure why your business is responding about mother's day gathering and a pedicure? I visited your location on May 7th for an eyebrow wax and was absolutely butchered. Photos are attached above. It was so bad I had to get antibiotic cream from my doctor since my skin was ripped off and was worried about an infection. I received a call 15 mins after this review and the only care that was expressed was about the negative review and the offer to refund the cost of the eyebrow wax. Which didn't make up for the botched job, the cost of the Dr visit and antibiotic cream. What's worse is the refund could not be done back to the card and could only be done through the business Venmo which was very weird since I did not pay that way. I have payment confirmation and receipts so I was very much a customer and in your system.
