Our A/C ducts were overdue for cleaning, causing poor air quality. The service’s quick response was impressive. They arrived promptly, cleaned the ducts thoroughly, and improved the overall air quality in our home.
I've been using Better Dryer Vent for three years now, as they do good work and I couldn't afford Sears anymore. This past July while cleaning the duct of a dryer with a faulty door switch, they ran a camera up the duct and noticed a tear in the non-rigid part of the duct and patched it up well for me. You get your money's worth with these people.
I have used Better Service Co. for quite awhile now and I would never let anyone else touch the dryer vent. I would absolutely trust them with all the other services they offer as well. Good folks and a fair price.Thanks so much James and thanks for doing a great job Mike!
