Absolutely, hands down the best pre-massage questionnaire. I loved that I could complete it prior to my appointment. I appreciate that she cared enough to make sure the experience would align with my goals for the session. Her office is quiet without any hallway or next door room chatter and the lovely space enhanced the therapeutic experience. You will have a choice of music/sounds (or not). Five stars!! Highly recommend.
Wonderful massage—Rachael was kind and excellent at communicating, providing a massage that was geared toward the areas that most needed attention. I felt so relaxed. She also gave me tips for strength training work I can do to help improve my upper back and overall strength. I look forward to continuing to work with Rachael!
Rachael is an absolutely wonderful massage therapist and one of the best that I've worked with. Additionally, as a local pelvic floor physical therapist, I often refer my clients to her who are in need of massage therapy, abdominal massage, and prenatal massage care.
