This is hands down the best area rug repair & cleaning in Austin. The team here is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind! I have been a customer of theirs for 15 years now and would highly recommend their services to fellow design professionals and homeowners alike. I own a small silk-on-silk Egyptian rug that required cleaning, and was struggling to find a cleaner that I would trust as they either lacked knowledge or were priced unreasonably for a 2’ X 3’ rug. We just had our two oriental rugs cleaned for the second time by Austonian Rug Cleaning. They are true rug artisans and impeccable service providers. The rugs look incredible, like new..and I am fairly sure one of our rugs is older than I am! The pick up and delivery is flawless and they took great care in lifting our massively heavy, hand built, walnut bedstead to slide both the pad and rug under. We couldn't be more pleased.
