All of my kitties go to Austin Vet Care and every different need has been met with stellar service & exemplary medical care. When we've had to say goodbye to our family member, the staff has been amazing and caring and loving in our grief. When the fuzz balls are sick, the staff is thorough and clear about all the steps we need to take to get them back on their paws. When it's just checkup time, the staff gushes about how cute they are and calms them and dotes on them. WE LOVE AUSTIN VET CARE AT CENTRAL PARK. Dr.Lamkin is the best. She treats my senior cat and diabetic dog with so much love, patience, and respect. I also appreciate how she treats me as their owner. She is clear on what is going on with each pet, what each medication does, and always has such a warm, comforting presence.Every vet tech and receptionist have also been an absolute pleasure to interact with.All employees here are great, and I feel that is VERY rare to come by.I recommend this location to anyone looking for a primary vet. As long as I am in Austin, this is where I will be going.
I have a small, senior dog with health problems that needed to be sedated and groomed. Austin Vet Care listened to my concerns. They spent time with my dog and then came up with the proper solution to medicate my dog for grooming. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. If I did not already have a vet, I would have all my dog be seen by Austin Vet Care.
